Hello, my name is Jack Rodgers and I am a FIDE Master, coach, and I am the Australian team Captain from Brisbane, Australia. I have reached a peak 2180 FIDE rating and have eight years of experience coaching chess players from beginner through to expert level. I am taking on students via Chess.com and Zoom for coaching with competitive rates.

I am also one of Chess.com's main news journalists and I cover many of the most famous online and over-the-board events around the world for the main page.

My approach to chess is both passionate and aggressive and I am generous with my time outside of coaching hours. English is also my first language.
